FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals; chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry and is a method of preparation of an Albizzia chinensis (Osbeck) Merr extract, comprising extraction of the tree bark of Albizzia chinensis (Osbeck) Merr 80-95% EtOH in H₂O to obtain an extract, volume/weight ratio of EtOH to the Albizzia chinensis tree bark is from 3:1 to 5:1; and purifying the resulting extract by column chromatography with a polyamide adsorbent when eluting successively with 10-30% and 40-80% solution of EtOH in H₂O, during purification, said extract is dissolved in 10-30% EtOH/H₂O.;EFFECT: invention provides inhibition of H⁺/ K⁺-ATPase activity in the stomach.;7 cl, 2 dwg, 3 tbl, 3 ex
