FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technology, namely to the means for dynamic virtual articulation. One of the inventions is the method of using a dynamic virtual articulator for occlusion modeling when the initial position of the mandible changes, its fragments, the position of the teeth relative to each other, the position and shape of the artificial teeth, realized by means of a computer. Method includes the following steps: providing a virtual articulator containing a virtual three-dimensional model of the upper jaw and dentition and a virtual three-dimensional model of the mandible and dentition that repeat the upper jaw and upper teeth, and the lower jaw and lower teeth of the patient, respectively, and providing simulated movements of the virtual upper jaw and virtual lower jaw relative to each other for simulation of dynamic occlusion, in which permeable or impermeable contacts between the teeth of the virtual upper and virtual lower jaws can occur. Moreover, the provision of a virtual articulator includes virtual three-dimensional models of temporomandibular joints, repeating the mandibular head, mandibular fossa and articular tubercles of the temporal bones of the skull, and the execution of imitative movements of the jaws relative to each other is preceded by a clinical or virtual assignment of the initial and terminal positions. In addition, the virtual surfaces of the mandible heads and virtual surfaces of articular tubercles and mandibular cusps of the temporal bones of the patient's skull are separated.
