FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to foundations erected in permafrost soils for use as a support in the soil-cement massif foundation for various easily erected structures, bridges and pipelines, gas pipelines, temporary household facilities, low-rise residential buildings. Method of the pile foundation in permafrost constructing is implemented by drilling a well according to the jet technology with the simultaneous soil thawing and filling the well with a ground-cement mixture with formation of the cement-ground column after its curing. Drilling of the well is carried out to a depth below the soil thawing boundary, and after the well filling with the ground-cement mixture the reinforcing tubular element with the attached to the end elastic shell corresponding to the pile diameter are immersed into the well to the soil thawing boundary. Mixture of components of polyol and isocyanate, taken in the ratio 1:1.2–1.7, is poured into the elastic shell through the tubular element, with an expansion coefficient of 4–12 and holding at a temperature of 8–35 °C for at least two days with the formation on the pile heel of a heat insulation layer from the high-strength polyurethane foam.;EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of the pile foundation installation method in permafrost soil due to the possibility of using jet technology while reducing the soil subsidence, provision of the heat-insulating layer in the ground-cement pile body.;4 cl, 2 ex, 8 dwg
