Method for estimating the biotropic manifestation of ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic radiation is described, integrated under the control of the dps gene, according to which the regulatory region of the dps gene is integrated into the pET28b-EGFP plasmid in front of the GFP reporter protein gene, E. coli cells are transformed with the resulting plasmid; in this case, an increase in the intensity of the fluorescent radiation of the transformed bacterial cells, recorded visually, indicates an increased level of electromagnetic radiation of the microwave range, which acts on the cells. Results obtained with this method allow to use the regulatory region of the dps gene in biosensors that track the background level of electromagnetic radiation.;EFFECT: invention expands the range of means for assessing the biotropic manifestation of electromagnetic radiation.;1 cl, 2 dwg
