For surgical treatment of swelling cataracts using a femtosecond laser, high-molecular viscoelastic is used, femtosecond-stage, phacoemulsification of the lens masses and implantation of the intraocular lens are performed. Before the femto-stage, two paracentes are performed, high-molecular viscoelastic is injected into the anterior chamber until the pressure in the anterior chamber is 30–32 mm Hg.
