FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical technology, namely, means for healing and restoring cardiac tissues and for electrophysiological, metabolic optimization of the heart using electrostimulation. Apparatus contains a catheter provided with an elongate base member comprising a first end adapted to be held by the user and a second end adapted to be inserted into patient's body, control knob associated with said first end, at least one electrode connected to the second end, a low power radio frequency generator associated with at least one electrode and, in turn, comprising at least one transmission device adapted to generate a radio frequency electromagnetic field, control module associated with the transmission device, and the user interface associated with the management module, at least one antenna, at least one electrical conductor connected at one end to the base ground of the circuit of said transfer device, and at the other end to at least one electrode. Low-power radio-frequency generator is designed to irradiate a patient by the electromagnetic field generated by it. Method consists in using the device, while inserting the catheter into the blood vessel of the patient, placing the catheter inside the vessel in a position close to the tissue to be treated in the heart, the said catheter is stabilized and the patient is irradiated with an electromagnetic field generated by the radio frequency generator.;EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to expand the arsenal of means for the treatment of heart diseases using electrostimulation.;15 cl, 1 dwg
