FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a copper phthalocyanine derivative with absorption in the near infrared region. Copper phthalocyanine derivative is the product of the amination of a chlorinated phthalocyanine copper – a phthalocyanine green pigment by one of the compounds – diethyl amine, dibutylamine, piperidine, morpholine, piperazine in a mass ratio of 5 to 120 parts per one part of the phthalocyanine green pigment, with a maximum absorption of 760–810 nm and a decomposition temperature above 350 °C. A method of preparing the same is also provided, which consists of aminating the phthalocyanine green pigment with at least one of the above compounds at a temperature of from 100 to 300 °C and a pressure of 5 to 30 atm.;EFFECT: invention provides copper phthalocyanine with high absorption in the near infrared region, increased thermal resistance up to 350 °C, high light fastness and solubility in the polymer matrix of the available compounds.;2 cl, 7 ex
