Pharmaceutical composition based on fucoidan for oral use made in the form of tablets, and a process for its preparation is described. Compositions include, as auxiliary substances, the following components at a ratio, mass %: fucoidan 33–37, fillers 50–60, mixture of disintegrants 4.0–10.0, glidants 0.5–10, lubricants 0.5–1.
