FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used to perform vascular isolation of the tumor of the inferior vena cava (LIP) in kidney cancer. Perform mobilization of the renal and infrarenal sections of the inferior vena cava within the thrombus, renal veins, excision of suprarenal section of the inferior vena cava for 7–10 cm with ligation of short hepatic veins going to the caudate lobe without a liver dislocation. Turn off liver from bloodstream by applying a vascular clamp on the hepatic-duodenum ligament. Next, imposition of vascular clamps on the infrarenal section of the inferior vena cava and the unaffected renal vein, lastly on the sub-diaphragmatic superhepatic department of the inferior vena cava. Perform cirsotomy in the renal section. Thrombus is brought down by the Foley or Fogarty catheter. Imposition of vascular clamp on subhepatic department of inferior vena cava is performed. Then blood flow in the liver is started by removing the clamps from the upper segment of the inferior vena cava and the hepatic-duodenum ligament. Circular excision of the renal vein mouth is performed with removal of thrombus, marginal depression of the inferior vena cava and flow of blood flow through the inferior vena cava. In this case cranial turnstile is applied to superhepatic subdiaphragmatic section of the inferior vena cava. Access to the superhepatic subdiaphragmatic section of inferior vena cava is accomplished by dissection of the sickle ligament without a medial dislocation of the liver and the separation of the retrohepatic section of the inferior vena cava.;EFFECT: method allows to provide less traumatism and duration of intervention and to reduce the risk of embolic complications.;1 cl, 6 dwg
