System of electrification of electrified railways of an alternating current of 25 kV contains system of external and regional power supply, traction substations with traction transformers with OLTC, distributing devices of higher, traction and district voltage with switching devices, control units of on-load tap-changer, blocks of control of serviceability of OLTC, relay protection unit and automation unit, traction network, control room with a train dispatcher and power dispatcher, communication channels. Traction substations are connected to the system of external and district power supply. Traction transformers are connected to the system of external and district power supply. Traction network is connected to the traction voltage distribution devices. Energy dispatcher is connected by communication channels with commutation devices of switchgears of higher, district and traction voltage and by control units of on-load tap-changers of traction transformers. Relay protection unit and the automation unit are connected by communication channels with switching devices of switchgears of the highest, regional and traction voltage. OLTC operable condition control unit is connected to the OLTC control unit, the relay protection unit and the automation unit.
