To do this, aqueous solutions of test and control seeds cultivation are irradiated with a 514.53 nm line of an argon laser and Raman spectra consisting of an unchanged spectrum of Raman water and photoluminescence (PL) of metabolites depending on the concentration of metabolites in the aqueous culture solution are recorded.
