To do this, in the conditions of the treatment room, after treatment of the skin of the anterior thoracic wall with an antiseptic solution, 0.3 ml of the donor dendritic cell vaccine containing 1.250.000 dendritic cells is intradermally injected. Vaccine is given two injections on each side of the sternum between approximately III and IV, IV and V ribs in such a way that a total of 5.000.000 dendritic cells are reached.
