Method is characterized in that the synthesis of the composite, which includes the mutual grafting of the polymer and the filler, is carried out in the absence of an organic solvent in a one- or two-step process, by a joint mechanochemical treatment of the components, carried out at room temperature in the range of 3000–7000 rp/m with a dispersant at the initial the ratio of hydroxyapatite/polylactide 10–90/90–10 %.
