Thin-film photoexcited organic laser based on polymethyl methacrylate contains an optical pump source, an organic laser-active medium made of polymethylmethacrylate and an organic phosphor dissolved in it and deposited on a glass substrate. In the laser there is an additional layer between the active medium and the glass substrate, consisting of hydrolyzed tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (TEMA), and 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), providing conditions for total internal reflection for the generation wavelength and simultaneous adhesion of the organic laser active medium to the substrate.;EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the possibility of reducing the generation threshold and increasing the service life.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
