FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanostructured materials with pronounced ferroelectric activity with required characteristics used as functional materials in modern micro- and nanoelectronics. Ferroelectric nanocomposite material includes nanocrystalline bacterial cellulose as matrix, and as ferroelectric filler ferroelectric salt with the following component ratio: Rochelle salt from 25 to 75 % by weight, nanocrystalline cellulose from 75 to 25 % by weight.;EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining ferroelectric nanocomposite with enhanced temperature interval for existence of ferroelectric phase and suitable for controlling dispersion of dielectric characteristics due to change in percentage ratio of composition components.;1 cl, 2 ex
