FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical technology, namely to cardiovascular surgery, and can be used in treatment of mitral valve defects. Method for manufacturing the closed ring frame for annuloplasty of the mitral valve of the heart involves constructing a computer model of the ring framework, molding and polishing. Spatial shape of the carcass is attached using a multi-row forming matrix, with horizontal grooves formed on the outer surface for filling the wire for the preforms of the future frames, while the geometry of the matrix and grooves repeats the shape of the fibrous ring of the mitral valve, with a vertical groove on the outer surface of the matrix, which is the marking line and runs along the entire height of the matrix. Wire fixed on the matrix is heated in a vacuum oven, then cooled in water, then the wire is cut along the marking line, each workpiece is removed from the matrix and polished. Then the ends of each workpiece are fed into the polished nitinol bushing until they are in close contact, and the bushing is connected to the wire by pulsed laser welding. Welded points are located with angular and linear displacement along the sleeve so that there is only one welded point in the plane of the cross-section of the wires fixed in the bushing of the wire. Use of a framework for annuloplasty and the addition of a natural mitral valve has been disclosed.;EFFECT: technical result consists in providing spatial correspondence to the form of a natural mitral fibrous ring and minimizing foreign materials in the heart.;6 cl, 4 dwg
