FIELD: exercise machines.;SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the systems of professional training of military specialists for training and practical activities of operators of anti-tank guided missile systems (ATGM). To determine the safe position of the operator of a portable and remote anti-tank guided missile system, when shooting in the prone position, the angular position of the operator in safe zone (8) of the rear cover elements is determined. For this, LED cuffs (5) are put on the operator's ankle joint and thigh on the side of the transport-launch container. With the help of electron-optical coordinator (2) located in the area of the rear cover of the transport-launch container, a receiving field of view is formed with angular dimensions equal to angular field (6) of the dispersion of components of the rear cover of the ATGM. Photodiode sensor records the light flux from LED cuff (5). Through the photocurrent amplifier, the autogenerator of the audio signal is acted upon, and the signal is sent to the operator's telephones. System for determining the safe position of the operator is also proposed.;EFFECT: method and system for developing the skills of safe work of the operator when shooting in the prone position from the ATGM by monitoring the position of the operator’s body parts and sending a signal about his presence in the danger zone before pressing the trigger is created.;4 cl, 6 dwg
