Disclosed is a method for determining structural discrimination indices of an ordovician limestone top filling zone, according to which: first, three types of filling zone structures are determined, specifically, a continuous filling structure, an intermittent filling structure and an unfilled structure; then the discrimination indices are determined in accordance with the three types of structures of the filling zone, including: the q value of water breakthrough to the well, the flow rate Q of the groundwater and the coefficient K of permeability of the ordovician limestone section; then, respectively, the threshold values for each index are determined in accordance with different waterproof properties corresponding to the three structures indicated; wherein the indices are obtained through several stages on the basis of calculation from the given ratios of the magnitudes of the water breakthrough and the permeability coefficient for the underground well.;EFFECT: simplicity of implementing the method and ease of its implementation by field staff.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 6 tbl
