The timepiece according to the invention comprises a watch movement and means for indicating the sunrise and sunset taking into account seasonal variations. These means comprise a sphere (17) reproducing the terrestrial globe, a circle arranged concentrically with the sphere and arranged to delimit a part of the terrestrial globe where it is night of another party where it is daylight indicating the position of the terrestrial terminator. The circle and the sphere can rotate relative to each other along two ecliptic and polar axes perpendicular to each other. The circle is driven by a support, itself driven by the watch movement so as to rotate at the rate of one turn per 24 hours around the polar axis. A differential mechanism (50) is controlled by an annual cam (72) having a profile representative of the inclination of the Sun relative to the equatorial plane. The differential mechanism controls the inclination of the circle about the ecliptic axis via a drive shaft (35) concentric with the polar axis.
