A wound and healing ointment is disclosed for the treatment of old, suppurative and incurable diabetic gangrene wounds from the manufacturing process, wherein the composition comprises bee honey, beeswax, olive oil, bovine bone marrow, the composition of claim 1 being in amounts of 0.1-40% by weight, preferably about 20-30% by weight on the total weight of the composition.
