The invention relates to liquid concentrate on a lipophilic / hydrophilic basis with cleaning action for the defense of blood-sucking insects. The product contains a combination of different repellents such as (icaridine, diethyltoluamide, extracts of the mint family, etc.) as well as corresponding emulsifiers and cleansing substances. The concentrate is added to the water and can be used directly as a washing solution for cleaning tables, chairs, floors etc. It prevents the blood-sucking insects from approaching the cleansed places.
