Device for stabilizing the nose after nasal surgery and nasal fractures Previously used in the medical field after operations and fractures of the nose nose rails for stabilizing the nose do not adapt to the application of the anatomy of the nose or pose a risk of injury to the patient in the form of burns or chemical burns when using thermoplastic or gypsum in itself. The new plastic splint should make it possible for the nose splint of the nose anatomy to be modeled accordingly and used without physical impairment. A flexible synthetic fiber matrix is impregnated with a UV-reactive plastic and modeled on the operated nose. In the attached as 1 embodiment, it is a prefabricated plastic rail in three different sizes. After adapting the plastic splint to the individual nose contour, the splint is irradiated with ultraviolet light, which hardens within a few seconds, depending on the intensity of the light used. The plastic splint is suitable for stabilizing the nose after nasal surgery and nasal fractures and offers an individual and gentle application.
