The countersinking tool (10) comprises a tool head (18) with a milling head (20) with at least one, in particular four, cutting surfaces (22) and a tool shank (24) with a clamping section (26) for clamping in a machine tool and a guide section (28). for guiding in a through hole (14) with an actuating element (30). It is proposed that the tool head (18) and the tool shank (24) are detachably connected to each other, wherein a release of the tool head (18) and tool shank (24) by an actuator movement of the actuating element (30) and the milling head (20) in connected state against rotation against the tool shank (24) is mounted.
