The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a finished component for a building, in which the finished component is produced in two separate working steps, in which, in a first working step, a wall element (4) together with at least one an opening (6) in the form of the frame (8) of flowable wall material is poured and hardened and in which, in a second working step, a window frame (20) with the frame (8) is connected so as to form a seal.
