In order to improve a method for the spatially resolved measurement of a heat flow input into a thermally highly stressed component, in particular an engine or a trainer, so that the heat flow entry in a thermally highly loaded component can be determined spatially resolved with high accuracy, it is proposed that a plurality of discrete, is predetermined with the thermally highly loaded component in contact measuring surfaces, that the plurality of measuring surfaces, a cooling fluid is supplied for cooling, that for each measuring surface, the heated cooling fluid is dissipated separately and that the heat flow entry is determined calorimetrically for each measuring surface. Furthermore, an improved device for spatially resolved measurement of a heat flow entry in a thermally highly loaded component is proposed.
