An abrasion amount estimating apparatus stores, based on a feature amount, a physical quantity detected in an injection performed by an injection molding machine and an information regarding an abrasion amount of a check valve attached to the injection molding machine during injection; performed supervised learning determined result. The abrasion amount estimating unit estimates an abrasion amount of a check valve attached to the injection molding machine during injection based on the stored learning result and the extracted feature amount.
