In order to apply a complete sunscreen on the skin, it is already known to use a sunscreen shower instead of a manual rubbing of the sunscreen, which sprays the sunscreen via a nozzle arrangement on the skin. However, different skin types also require different sunscreens, so that further developments are known in the art, which can deploy several different sunscreen. On this basis, the invention considerably increases the degree of individualization by providing a shower unit with a container receptacle into which an individual container can be inserted, the contents of which are then sprayed inside the shower unit. To ensure the function, the inserted container is checked for compatibility before commissioning.
