There is provided a composition used for a clutch of an automatic transmission. The composition improves the fuel economy and the frictional resistance by improving a friction property of a clutch and improves the efficiency of the automatic transmission. The automatic transmission oil composition may comprise: about 68% to 80% by weight of a base oil, about 5% to 15% by weight of a polyalkylene glycol oil, and about 3% to 10% by weight of a succinic anhydride derivative.
