PROCESS FOR THE CRYOGENIC SEPARATION OF A SUPPLY RATE CONTAINING METHANE AND AIR GASES, INSTALLATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIO METHANE BY PURIFYING BIOGAS FROM NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE FACILITIES (ISDND) IMPLEMENTING THE PROCESS
A process for the cryogenic separation of a feed rate containing methane and air gases in which: - the feed rate is cooled to produce a cooled flow rate; - at least a portion of the cooled flow rate is sent to a at the level of a distillation column, a vat flow is withdrawn from the distillation column, the vat flow is enriched in methane with respect to the feed rate, and a flow enriched with oxygen is withdrawn from the distillation column. and in nitrogen with respect to the feed rate, at least one non-combustible and more volatile dilution flow rate than oxygen is introduced into the distillation column at at least a level lower than that at which the cooled flow rate is introduced, characterized in that the dilution rate is extracted from the feed rate.
