The invention relates to a system which manages the power supplied by an energy source and distributes it by means of a differential device between immediate consumption and / or storage for subsequent destocking, said power being stored as a boost reserve. The invention consists of a differential device rotated by the primary transmission shaft of the power supplied by the energy source and distributing the power transmitted between the two secondary shafts ensuring one consumption and the other storage and whose rotation is controlled by means of progressive braking energy recovery, so that the power supplied by the input shaft can be depending on demand, fully used for immediate consumption or fully used for the storage, or partially distributed between the two by implementation of the braking means. The storage capacities of the invention are provided by means consisting of a rigid structure partially immersed around which slides a float moved in its vertical movements up / down by a device consisting of an upper wheel and a wheel lower driving a transmission means, for example a chain, whose ends are connected to said float. The braking means consist of a crown on which are progressively plated by means of a jaw a series of rollers causing the rotation of power generators and increasing inertia to ensure a deceleration phase, said deceleration means being completed by trims to get the complete stop. The invention proposes a "clean" storage and is therefore more particularly intended to be used for storing energy of renewable origin, for example at the foot of marine wind turbines, in submarine turbine installations, or even in wave and / or tidal installations.
