A differential pressure valve (100) for submarine fluid transport conduit includes a valve body (102) having an internal chamber (106) opening thereon on one side to the pipe and opening on the other side outwardly, a piston (110) arranged to separate the inner chamber into an inlet chamber (106a) and a delivery chamber (106b), the piston being movable between an open position in which the inlet and outlet chambers communicate with each other and a closed position in which the inlet and outlet chambers are sealed relative to each other, a set screw (112) screwed into the valve body and comprising a bore (114) within which a rod (116) of the piston (110) slides and at least one bore (118) opening into the discharge chamber and opening outward, and a tared spring (120) so as to maintain the piston in the closed position below a predetermined threshold pressure within the intake chamber.
