The invention relates to a needle protection device (2) for a pre-filled needle-stick syringe. The sheath comprises an outer tube and an inner coaxial tube made in one piece by plastic injection, while the outer tube is arranged to cooperate with the blocker (10), and the inner tube is detachable from the outer tube and bound axially in translation with the needle guard (20).
