The system determines a resource 106 based on relevancy score and resource relevance priority generated 105 based on an analysis of the received information, agenda intent levels, talent interest levels, and global interest levels. The system generates 107 and schedules 110 relevant themes associated with the resource and material information to the identified agenda based on recommendations 109 dynamically generated based on a theme relevancy score, a theme relevancy priority, triggers, and the analysis of the received information using theme selection parameters.
