Sand to soil in eighteen months arid land conversion

A soil improver comprises carbonized dried poultry manure, Rock Phosphate, Muriate of Potash, and building sand, and turns sand into soil. The mixture is added to sand or arid areas which is then irrigated. The area is cleared or shrubs by tractor, then watered. The area is also harrowed. The product is added to the land, seeds are spread, then covered with existing desert sand. The land is watered daily for the first ten days.
