In one embodiment, physics (PHY) lower layer protocol stack layer (layer) can be added timestamp to frame, and by frame and timestamp along protocol stack upwardly toward synchronous recognition layer (upper-layer protocol stack layer). Synchronous recognition layer determines that frame is related to synchronizing, if it is, timestamp is associated with frame for data structure for restoring to pass through tracking processing. On the contrary, in another embodiment, synchronous recognition layer can be added on frame to send the layer whether a frame ID there is instruction frame and timestamp can pass through frame and framework ID downwardly FY protocol stacks. The FY layers of determining frame ID indicates the frame by timestamp, if it is, the frame of the corresponding timestamp in position is transferred to data structure and frame ID.
