One kind is provided for sending in-band signaling information in wireless broadcast system, this system sends broadcast service data and constitutes a frame by multiple Data Physical layer pipelines (PLPs). Non-PLP signaling informations include that the specific broadcasting services of data PLP and data PLP are transmitted through present frame, are sent when sending the maximum value NMAX schedulable times from present frame in the period for not having PLP to transmit at least one frame for particular broadcast service. Non-PLP PLP signaling informations instruction is being transmitted in the maximum schedulable period for particular broadcast service.
