Disclosed is a polyamide-based resin composition comprising (A) 20 to 60% by weight of an aliphatic polyamide resin having 16 to 24 carbon atoms, and (B) 40 to 80% by weight of a glass fiber having a fibrous shape and a ratio of a short axis to a long axis of 1:2 to 1:6 in cross section. The polyamide-based resin composition according to the present invention exhibits excellent flexural modulus and impact strength.
