The coupling has a swivel guide, which enables a relative rotation between the tool holder and the stock holder. The coupling is formed from a plate-shaped base unit (14), and the swivel guide is designed as a guide groove (16) that stands in engagement with a corresponding stud (17) of the stock holder.
