METHOD FOR USING PROBE BASED PCR DETECTION TO MEASURE THE LEVELS OF CIRCULATING DEMETHYLATED BETA CELL DERIVED DNA AS A MEASURE OF BETA CELL LOSS IN DIABETES
A kind of measurement blood β cell DNAs are released in β cell deaths, and the methylation of amplification and the insulin gene DNA of demethylation form are detected by quantitative probe technologies, normal tissue and the cell specific sources β is represented, is respectively formed. Sensitivity is allowed to exist only in β cells with those of in specific identification demethylation insulin DNA patterns using probe. The method provides bioassay for detecting β cell loss in diabetes, can be used for screening prediabetes, monitors progression of disease, selection and monitoring treatment. The technology finds the method and gestational diabetes that can be used for two I types and type-2 diabetes mellitus.
