PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure so that the size of a reflector plate having a function of controlling a direction in which a reflected wave advances, to a desired direction, is large.;SOLUTION: This radio communication system is configured to secondarily-radiate, to a desired area by reflection, primarily-radiated radio waves from a transmitter apparatus, by using a reflector plate for controlling phases of reflected waves, wherein reflecting property is set so that the reflector plate reflects the radio waves primarily-radiated from the transmitter side apparatus as plane waves of equal phase, directed to a direction different from a reflection angle for specular reflection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
