The device and method for generating image pattern are disclosed. The equipment includes imaging system (10), controller (19) and user interface (62). The imaging system generates the sample of multiple component images, and each image corresponds to a different observation condition. Each image is by sample of the intensity as the function of position. Controller generates combination picture, and image component is by multiple component images. The compound includes the image and second component image of weighting, and the combination picture for controlling display is controlled by controller, the controller. User interface is to adapt to control weighted factor to generate weight and for inputting in response to user. Controller is changed after showing combination picture weighted factor again to respond user's input.
