The ophthalmologic image display device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a storage unit, an image processing unit, and a display control unit. The storage unit stores a three-dimensional data set that is acquired by scanning a subject's eye using OCT. The image processing unit forms a B-mode image, a plurality of frontal images, and a composite frontal image on the basis of the three-dimensional data set. The display control unit causes the B-mode image, the plurality of frontal images, and the composite frontal image to be displayed in a prescribed layout on a display means. The display control unit further causes both identification color information that is for identifying the plurality of frontal images by colors, and slice range information that indicates a partial region in the B-mode image, which corresponds to a slice range of the three-dimensional data set indicated by each of the plurality of the frontal images, to be displayed in a color according to the identification color information, and also causes a composite frontal image based on the plurality of frontal images, each being expressed in the color according to the identification color information, to be displayed.
