The invention relates to a unisex masturbation device comprising an elongate, hollow outer body (2, 2') open at a first longitudinal end (20) and a longitudinal inner channel (32) with an inlet opening (30). The outer body (2, 2') is closed at a second longitudinal end (21), opposite the first end (20). In addition, the outer body is suitable for insertion into the vagina, anus or mouth of an adult owing to its shape, outer dimensions and the material from which it is made, which is of suitable stiffness and hardness. In one particular embodiment, the unisex masturbation device comprises an elongate, hollow inner body (3) housed inside the outer body (2, 2') and itself housing an inner channel (32). The device can be used simultaneously by multiple men and women.
