The nitrogen-based non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma according to the present invention can effectively induce muscle cell activation, migration of muscle cells to damaged sites, muscle cell proliferation, and muscle cell differentiation, without surgical operation or during a treatment procedure after surgical operation, and thus can be advantageously used as a novel therapeutic agent and therapeutic method against muscle damage and muscle damage-associated diseases.
