PURPOSE: A self extraction device for cells using magnetic field is provided to selectively sort cells and to improve sorting performance.;CONSTITUTION: A self extraction device(100) for cells using a magnetic field selectively extracts effective cells from a cell solution. The device comprises a flow channel casing(110), a separation unit(120), and a magnetic field control unit(130). The flow channel casing comprises a upper substrate(111), a side wall(112), and a lower substrate(113). The upper substrate is formed of polydimethyl siloxane(PDMS), polytetrafluroethylene(PTFE), polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA), and cyclic olefin copolymer(COC).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
