The present invention relates to a quality assurance system and a quality assurance method thereof for a radiotherapy apparatus. The quality assurance system and the method thereof are able to confirm and control the quality state of the radiotherapy apparatus through an analysis work after obtaining an image which is able to confirm the operational state of the radiotherapy apparatus.
