The control device (30) further includes a temperature difference acquisition unit (33) that acquires a temperature difference (ΔT) between the partition wall temperature (T1) detected by the first temperature detection unit (31) and the temperature (T2) of the skirt detected by the second temperature detection unit (32), and a determination unit (34) that determines whether it is possible to rapidly cool a joining part of the tank body and the skirt with liquefied gas on the basis of the partition wall temperature (T1) and the temperature difference (ΔT).
