FOOD WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND OPERATION METHOD OF THE SAME

The present disclosure relates to a food wastewater treatment system which generates biogas while increasing a food wastewater treatment quantity as compared with the related art using an existing sewage treatment process to improve an efficiency of new and renewable energy and an operating method thereof. A food wastewater treatment system includes: a first inlet 100 into which a sewage flows, a second inlet 200 into which a food wastewater flows; a mixture equalization tank in which a predetermined amount of sewage flowing from the first inlet 100 is mixed with the food wastewater flowing from the second inlet 200 and the food wastewater with respect to sewage is 0.5% or higher; a precipitation tank and aerobic tank located at a rear end of the first inlet 100; and an anaerobic biofilm reactor 400 and a biogas purifying unit located at a rear end of the second inlet 200, in which a biogas which generates a more amount of energy than a power required to treat the food wastewater and sewage flowing at the time of operation of the system is produced.
