A walking vibration analysis system 4 includes: a vibration measurement apparatus (1) that measures vibration that occurs accompanying walking of a walker; a vibration analysis apparatus (3) that extracts vibration caused by contact between a heel of the walker and a floor and vibration caused by contact between a toe of the walker and the floor based on the measured vibration, and calculates a characteristic amount unique to the walker based on a result of comparing the extracted former vibration and latter vibration; and an individual specification apparatus (2) that specifies the walker using the calculated characteristic amount and a characteristic amount registered in advance for each user.
