An unmanned aerial vehicle can have a storage unit, a selecting unit, and a changing unit. The storage unit can store a plurality of regions. The selecting unit can select a candidate having the highest priority as the destination of the unmanned aerial vehicle from among the plurality of regions. The changing unit can change the destination selected by the selecting unit to a candidate having the next highest priority when it is determined that a selected path to the destination is not suitable for flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
